ALL THIS WASTED TIME
All This Wasted Time is an original animated music video developed to visually interpret themes of performance anxiety and personal empowerment. I led the project from concept development through final production, delivering a cohesive visual narrative aligned with the song's emotional arc.
OBJECTIVES
Create a compelling animated music video that:
Visually communicates emotional manipulation without being literal
Maintains narrative clarity within a 3–4 minute runtime
Balances artistic style with technical efficiency
Elevates AI-assisted music production with handcrafted visual storytelling
The core creative challenge:
Illustrating an environment attempting to write its own definition of the song’s protagonist, who in turn is pursuing their dream but their greatest fear.
